Any private and public institutions of higher education and learning in Louisiana that provides a residential housing program or facilities shall be eligible and granted membership, at no cost. Each institution will have constituents who are defined as any professionals of private and public institutions in the state of Louisiana who are dedicated to the education, professional development, and promotion of housing and residential life services.
